Mindfulness is a practice that can help people cope with stress, anxiety, pain and illness by paying attention to the present moment.
At Justb, we are dedicated to teaching mindfulness techniques to help improve the mental wellbeing of our clients. Our qualified mindfulness teachers provide face to face and online classes, corporate training, workshops and retreats.






We have just started a range of classes to suit everyone with affordable prices. First class is free so try to come to the first class which explains how Mindfulness can help you.
Face to Face Classes
Duration one hour and are currently in the following locations:
Howwood, Renfrewshire
Howwood Inn function room, Main St. Howwood PA9 1BQ:
Tuesdays 7.00pm - 8.00 pm (Weekly)
Christ the King Chapel Hall, Bowfield Rd., PA9 1BZ
Last Tuesday of every month for ultimate calm 7-8pm
Thursdays 11.15 - 12.30pm (Weekly)
We also hope to introduce monthly classes and workshops in Paisley, Bridge of Weir and Lochwinnoch soon.

On-line Classes:
We realise that many may prefer learning from home, so plan to introduce on-line classes from January, via zoom - please advise what day/time you would prefer.
Classes cost £10 per class or £30 per month. On-line zoom classes, cost £7 per class.
You can't put a price on your mental health and these classes are like an exercise class for your mind - to make your mind more resilient, so that when the tough times hit, you have the tools to recognise the signs and deal with them. Plus your first class is FREE so what have you got to lose?
Classes & Training


Join our workshops and day retreats to absorb the full benefits of mindfulness.
Events are monthly with workshops starting from £25 and day retreats £45. These cover a range of practices, including meditations, breathing techniques, affirmations etc to help still the mind.
Workshops:
Moonology & Manifesting with the Moon: A very popular workshop teaching how the moon cycles influence our moods and learning how to manifest.
Gratitude Workshop: Learning the importance of Gratitude for positivity and Making gratitude jars.
Introduction to Mindfulness: Including a mindful walk in nature, the benefits and how we can incorporate it into our busy lives.
Using Mindfulness to relieve stress & anxiety: Techniques that can be used.
Themes of the retreats are:
Cyclical Living - learning techniques to embrace the seasons, becoming happier, more content & organised
Becoming more organised and Focused - learning to plan, stack habits and lose the chaos
Loving Kindness - to help calm and empower yourself and be happy in your own skin.
Setting Goals & Intentions for 2025 - set intentions to plan your year ahead and go for it.
Workshops and retreats are limited to 25 participants so book early to avoid disappointment.
